My absolute go-to dish at Dry Creek Grill (DCG) is the Mixed BBQ Plate. It features a BBQ Chicken quarter with a crispy BBQ'd outside with a juicy inside, Memphis-Style Pulled Pork drenched in a savory, sweet, spicy BBQ sauce and St. Louis-Style meaty Pork Ribs cooked to perfection. Their menu refers to this dish as "Heaven on Earth" and I agree whole-heartedly! This meal is accompanied by a side of tangy-shredded coleslaw, with a similar tasting BBQ sauce infused in the generous side of beans, and to finish it off, a fresh-baked cornbread wedge that is harmoniously blended with hints of white cheddar and jalapeño pieces suspended throughout.
